Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique authorization code.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original luxury gift boxes and shipping carton, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return label and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
